Meet our team: Lloyd Neilson

Lloyd stared his Agribusiness career in 1999 with a Bachelor of Ag Science from University of Melbourne and has held senior leadership roles in banking, corporate ag and family ag businesses.

Lloyd has broad and extensive experience in understanding, connecting, advising and supporting people right across the Agribusiness value chain, from the farm to the end consumer, and from the small business to the board room. He works in partnership with a diverse range of stakeholders to identify business demands and priorities, and leverage thought leadership to create and deliver commercial advantage and success for his clients.

Lloyd’s goal through Millennial Ag is to provide trusted independent support for ag businesses to enable continued growth and innovation in an industry he is passionate about. Lloyd is well known for his support of clients and industry peers and takes an ongoing interest in helping people to succeed and to challenge the status quo where necessary to achieve this.

Lloyd in based in Central Victoria having moved to the area from Horsham in 2015. He enjoys volunteering and supporting his three kids’ sporting interests and getting active with his family in the outdoors.
