Meet our team: Will Broad

Will grew up in Bendigo before locating to Geelong, where he completed a Bachelor of Laws/Bachelor of Commerce, majoring in Finance, at Deakin University. During his studies, he developed a strong passion for helping individuals navigate their finances and embark on a journey of wealth creation.

Professionally, Will has built a solid foundation in the finance sector, starting his career at Bank Australia in a Lending Operations role. There, he refined his skills in simplifying the lending process, ensuring clients felt supported and confident throughout their experience. He then moved into the position of Personal Financial Consultant at State Trustees, where he focused on assisting clients with budgeting and managing their finances, always with the goal of empowering them to achieve their financial goals.

With a genuine commitment to helping clients reach their financial aspirations, Will finds great fulfillment in guiding individuals toward a secure and prosperous future.

Outside of work, Will is deeply involved in his community. He enjoys spending time with family and friends, and is an active CrossFit coach at CVP in Bendigo. Will also competes in CrossFit and fitness competitions and is a passionate Richmond supporter in the AFL.
